Subscription & Access Policy

Mohamoon sells digital legal products and subscriptions. There is no physical shipping. Access is granted online for a defined period after successful payment.

How Access Is Delivered

1. Complete your purchase through our online shop (card, Mada, or Tabby).
2. After payment confirmation, your subscription is activated automatically for online card payments, usually within minutes.
3. You receive your username and password by email to the address registered at checkout.
4. Sign in to access the subscribed encyclopedia or service for the purchased period (e.g. 1 year or longer as stated on the product page).

Bank Transfer Subscriptions

If you pay by bank transfer or deposit, activation occurs after we receive proof of payment. Please write the subscriber's full name, short name, or email on the deposit slip so we can match your order. Subscription starts only after admin verification.

Subscription Period & Renewal

• Each product states its subscription duration at purchase (annual or multi-year).
• You can view remaining subscription time from your account area after login.
• We notify you before expiry with enough time to renew.
• If you forget your password, use Forgot password with your registered email and short name.

Receipts

Electronic payment receipts are sent to your registered email. Contact support if you need a copy.

Student Subscriptions

Student discounts may be available. When applying, provide university name, academic ID, and a valid student ID image in the subscriber's name.

Service Interruptions

If access to Mohamoon encyclopedias is fully unavailable due to a technical failure on our side, we may extend your subscription by the number of days affected, in line with our compensation policy.
