Return & Refund Policy

This policy applies to digital subscriptions and online products purchased from Arab Lawyers Network (Mohamoon).

Before Account Activation

You may request cancellation before your account is activated. In that case, Mohamoon may deduct administrative fees from the subscription amount before refunding the remainder.

After Activation

Once your subscription is activated and you have started using the service, the annual or multi-year subscription fee is non-refundable. Access remains valid until the end of the paid period.

When Refunds May Apply

• Duplicate charges or proven payment errors
• Cancellation approved before activation (subject to admin fees)

Service Outage Compensation

If you cannot access Mohamoon encyclopedias due to a full technical outage caused by us, we will extend your subscription by the number of days the service was unavailable — not a cash refund. This does not apply to scheduled maintenance, your local internet issues, or account suspension for policy violations.

Suspension Without Refund

We may suspend access without refund if you misuse the account, share login credentials, violate intellectual property rights, or harm the platform or other subscribers.

How to Request Support

Email contact@mohamoon.com with your order reference, username, and a clear description. Approved refunds to the original payment method are processed within 14 business days where applicable.
