By using Mohamoon websites and subscribed products, you agree to these terms adapted from Arab Lawyers Network subscription conditions.
Intellectual Property
All legal content, encyclopedia structure, compilations, contract templates, and related materials are owned by Arab Lawyers Network Co. Ltd. Subscription grants personal viewing access only — not ownership of the content.
Personal Subscription
- Your subscription is for you alone unless a separate institutional agreement applies.
- Do not share one login with multiple users or publish the encyclopedia on a network without written approval.
- Keep your password confidential; change it immediately if compromised.
- For organizations, access is for the designated manager unless a multi-seat agreement is signed with Mohamoon.
Printing & Fair Use
Printing or copying is allowed for personal professional need only. You must cite Mohamoon as the source when sharing documents with others.
Fair use limits: up to 100 printed pages per month or 1,200 pages per year. Institutional IP subscriptions follow separate copy procedures via customer service.
Prohibited Use
- Commercial redistribution or resale of content
- Automated scraping or bulk downloading
- Exceeding fair-use print/copy limits
- Any activity that infringes intellectual property or disrupts the platform
Content Accuracy
We continuously review legal materials, but digital platforms may experience technical issues. Content is provided for professional research; verify critical matters against official sources.
Enforcement
Mohamoon may restrict printing, suspend, or terminate access for violations — including immediately for serious abuse — and retain all legal rights. Disputes are referred to arbitration through the Riyadh Chamber of Commerce under Saudi law, as applicable.
